July 2nd all applications with foreign investors, the companies established in Turkey and notifications made our Ministry by the branches regarding the organization of the new investment incentive certificates since 2018 Incentive Application and Foreign Capital General Directorate is performed via e-TUYS from web-based managed by the application.

Only those who have a qualified electronic certificate and whose authorization application request has been approved by our Ministry can access the system to carry out investment incentives via E-TUYS. Therefore, investors are required to apply to our Ministry to carry out the authorization process in the first place.

After the authorization request is finalized by our General Directorate, the persons authorized to perform transactions via E-TUYS can log into the system and initiate transactions.
