Municipal Address Change Process

For the address change process related to a municipal address change, the following documents must be submitted:

Required Documents:

  1. Petition 
    • It must be signed by an authorized person with the company seal.
  2. Municipal Letter
    • The letter must include the company’s previous address information.

Important Notes:

  1. The previous address information mentioned must match the last registered address in the trade registry records.
  2. The municipal letter must be addressed to the company, and the original or a certified copy of the letter must be submitted.

 

*The process for address change related to a municipal address change is the same for both Limited Liability Companies and Joint Stock Companies.
